As a Junior Digital Specialist, you will work in our Digital & Brand Technology department. You will be responsible for developing templates and configuring our partner software product, Templafy. This software helps (inter)national customers create brand-consistent Microsoft Office 365 documents, emails, and presentations, supporting their digital brand management goals. Your tasks will include: Advising and assisting (inter)national customers in translating their needs into the right templates, modules, and software settings, with support from our specialists and Templafy consultants. Collaborating with international software partners to build and implement solutions within Office 365. Estimating the time required for tasks in consultation with colleagues. Maintaining content-level customer contact. Testing, monitoring service quality, delivery, and providing schedules and time estimates. Your profile You are a starter with an interest in developing templates or formatting MS Office documents, presentations, HTML emails, etc. You work at an HBO level with strong IT/digital skills, e.g., business informatics. You can translate digital technology into understandable language for customers and colleagues. You are capable of working independently and in a team, and are proactive. You possess problem-solving skills and can handle the dynamics of working for multiple clients. You are flexible, interested in digital developments, and adaptable to new technologies.
