Villiers Hotel is a spectacular 18th Century 49-bedroom hotel situated in the heart of the historic market town of Buckingham. Villiers has undergone a major refurbishment to all front of house areas and The Old Town Hall which provides all the meeting, serviced offices and function space.
We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. 40 hours per week - shift work as compulsory to cover various events & restaurant service.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be part of a Team of Food & Beverage service professionals to ensure guest expectations are exceeded, as a result of a seamless service delivery.
- Experience within a Food & Beverage environment with strong food and drink knowledge.
- Customer service and excellent communication skills.
- You will be working across our restaurant & event areas, which cater for up to 200 people.
- You will be required to be flexible around all Food & Beverage areas including restaurant, bar, room service and lounge and afternoon tea offering.
- You will also be required to support on weddings and special events.
Whilst experience within a high end restaurant/bar/venue is desirable, a passion for excellence, a can do attitude and a willingness to learn is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to be part of a growing brand of unique properties.
