Fluence is seeking a Warranty Claims Manager to own supplier warranty issues across Europe, ensuring fair, timely resolutions in line with contractual rights. You will determine liability, pursue recovery, and drive improvements that protect margins and strengthen supplier performance.
In this role you will work with Quality, Procurement and Legal teams, analyze NCRs, manage end-to-end claims, negotiate settlements, and act as the central point of contact for suppliers across the region.
