    • Work with the Head of Product to execute campaigns that highlight product, craft, and heritage.
    • Produce and manage visual and written content: photography briefs, short-form video, brand copy, and campaign messaging.
    • Lead email marketing strategy: newsletters, automated flows, and promotional campaigns.
    • Define and maintain a strong fashion-forward brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
    • Analyse engagement and campaign performance to optimise reach, growth, and conversion.
    • Conceptualise & assist in planning immersive pop-ups, fashion activations, and community events that showcase VWD collections.
    • Design event themes, storytelling elements, and customer experiences in line with brand aesthetics.
  • Sales Support (Assisting CEO)
    • Assist the CEO in developing and executing sales strategies for online, wholesale, and event channels.
    • Support onboarding of boutiques, retailers, and ethical fashion stockists.
    • Support e-commerce updates, product descriptions, and seasonal promotions.
    • Maintain relationships with stockists, partners, and collaborators.
    • Track and report on sales performance to inform demand planning and collection development.
  • Operational & Strategic
    • Support product launch planning and communications with Cambodian artisan partners.
    • Assist in creating fashion-focused marketing assets: lookbooks, pitch decks, and wholesale packs.
    • Contribute to merchandising strategy, collection pricing, and retail planning.
    • Support impact storytelling for fundraising, grants, and strategic partnerships.

Skills & Experience

  • Essential
    • 3–5 years experience in fashion marketing, brand management, or social media strategy (fashion, lifestyle, or ethical fashion preferred).
    • Demonstrated ability to grow and engage online communities, with fashion-focused content.
    • Strong content creation skills: copywriting, brand storytelling, and visual direction.
    • Highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working in a start-up/social enterprise environment.
    • Passion for ethical production, sustainability, women’s empowerment, and artisan craft.
  • Desirable
    • Experience in sales, retail partnerships, or e-commerce (Shopify a plus).
    • Proven track record in pop-ups, fashion events, market stalls, or brand activations.
    • Basic graphic design and content editing (Canva/Adobe).
    • Knowledge of ethical fashion landscape and conscious consumer behaviour.
    • Awareness of international development dynamics and experience working in socially-impactful contexts.

Personal Attributes

  • Creative, proactive, and self-directed, capable of owning projects from concept to execution.
  • Strong storyteller with a sophisticated eye for fashion aesthetics and brand cohesion.
  • Awareness of cultural sensitivities and a passion for empowering our Cambodian artisan community by representing their craft with dignity, authenticity, and respect.
  • Curious, adaptable, and inspired by the challenge of building a meaningful, fashion-forward brand from the ground up.
  • Deeply values-driven and aligned with VWD’s mission, committed to ethical, sustainable, and socially impactful work.

What We Offer
