We welcome applications from excellent practitioners who have:

  • An NVQ3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Excellent classroom practice and are able to lead a room and adapt provision to meet need.
  • Experience and expertise in supporting pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs and those with a diagnosis of autism, particularly with pupils who are pre-verbal or at the earliest stages of language development.
  • Experience in delivering bespoke, nurturing curricula for pupils who may be working below age-related expectation and require personalised learning pathways.
  • The ability to support and develop communication-friendly and emotionally supportive environments.
  • The ability to adapt provision for pupils with SEND and EAL, ensuring inclusive and high-quality learning experiences.
  • The ability to share learning with others, helping colleagues to develop their skills and understanding.
