Village Primary Academy is seeking an outstanding primary practitioner with a proven track record of improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and pedagogy.

They should have at least two years' experience in the primary phase, be capable of leading others, inspiring colleagues, and supporting SEND learners.

They will work with the Principal to deliver the Trust's Strategic Plan.
