Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of the bar. Prior experience in food and beverage service, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings, is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times
- Assist with food preparation or service during busy periods, including supporting catering or banquet events if required
- Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and safety in all interactions
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments;
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including bartending skills; barista experience is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
