Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie (CDP) to anchor a busy shift in our Warrington kitchen. You will own your section, maintain high quality, temperature, and presentation standards, and support peers when tickets stack up.
You will drive food safety, ensure compliant deliveries, and follow HACCP/EHO directives without compromise. You’ll coach junior cooks and maintain stock accuracy to protect profitability and maintain smooth service.
