Your Shift
What You'll Actually Be Doing As our Hygiene Hero, we trust you to handle:
- Immaculate Standards: Carrying out routine, deep, and periodic cleaning across changing rooms, vanity units, toilets, showers, gym floors, studios, and corridors.
- Hands‑On Operations: Operating specialised equipment safely (floor scrubbers, wet vacuoms, steam cleaners) and mastering chemical safety (COSHH) guidelines.
- Stock & Presentation: Keeping sanitising stations, towels, soaps, and hand gels fully stocked so our members always have what they need.
- Keen Eye for Detail: Conducting routine hygiene inspections and immediately flagging any wear, tear, or equipment issues to management to keep the club safe and operational.
- A Warm Presence: Assisting members and guests in a friendly, courteous manner while respecting their privacy at all times.

You’ll bring your passion for high hygiene standards and relentless attention to detail to ensure every area of our club remains immaculate - from the gym floor and studios to our changing rooms, lobby, and reception. Expect a hands‑on, physically active role where your work directly impacts the member experience and builds our reputation as the leading Leisure Club., Previous experience is great, but your work ethic, energy, and commitment to quality matter much more to us.
