This is a fast-paced role where you will support the M&E Operations Manager to ensure that the Sales Team’s organising skills operationally go to plan and we deliver everything we promised. You must ensure that everything goes off without a hitch, checking that your team have completed their allocated tasks to enable our guests to have an outstanding time. We are looking for a proactive and confident individual who can think on their feet and solve problems before they happen, with leadership qualities to engage their team.
Responsibilities
- Support the M&E Operations Manager in ensuring that the Sales Team’s outstanding organising skills operationally go to plan and we deliver everything we promised.
- Ensure that everything goes off without a hitch by checking that the team have completed their allocated tasks to enable guests to have an outstanding time.
- In a fast-paced environment, think on your feet and solve problems before they occur.
- Demonstrate professional, adaptable and energetic leadership to engage the team.
