Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie to own and run a section within a busy kitchen. You will support the Head Chef's strategy, oversee plating quality, temperature, and presentation, and help the brigade during peak services.
You will focus on food safety, brand delivery, and effective teamwork, coaching junior staff and ensuring operational standards are met while minimising waste and optimising stock. A strong attitude and energy are valued as much as experience.
