Expect a varied day-to-day that includes cleanliness, hygiene, refining the guest experience, and taking care of the pool area, including responding to poolside alarms and performing rescues to ensure member safety.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas, studios and gym floor; ensure the pool area is clean and safe.
- Respond to poolside alarms and take appropriate action to protect members’ safety, including performing rescues when necessary.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure exceptional member satisfaction.
- Assist with maintaining high standards of guest experience in line with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with team to uphold safety protocols and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
