Our Leisure Receptionist gives the very first impression of our Village experience. Your greeting sets the standard for the service our members and guests will receive. Let’s make it memorable!
With a friendly personality and a ‘can do’ attitude, you’ll greet members and guests on arrival and be the first point of contact by phone. You’ll ensure top-notch customer service, meet members\’ needs, and handle enquiries effectively.
You love to chat and understand what makes a great customer experience. You\’ll get to know our members and help them make the most of what Village life has to offer.
On a daily basis, you will meet, greet, take bookings, resolve queries, and keep our members happy.
