As our Leisure Team Leader, you are the operational anchor on the floor.

You will assist the management team in running the daily shifts, coaching our Leisure Assistants, and ensuring the club looks immaculate.

When the managers are out of the building, you are the one making the decisions, solving problems, and keeping our members happy.
