You will be responsible for keeping members happy through effective processes and team motivation. As a natural leader, you’ll understand what makes a workplace great and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, seamless operations, and foster a passion for fitness. You are highly organized, capable of multitasking across various key areas, from managing the poolside to coaching members on the gym floor. You have a passion for helping others reach their potential, whether it’s members achieving their fitness goals or team members building their careers in the industry.
