The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance
As our Meeting and Events Assistant Manager, you are the operational powerhouse of the department.
While the Events and Meetings is your main domain, you operate with total flexibility across all Food and Beverage areas. including our Pub and Grill.
You will step up as a Duty Manager, own the shift, champion our local marketing, and act as the vital bridge between the Manager's strategy and the team's execution on the floor.

As our Pub and Grill Assistant Manager, you are the engine of the shift. We trust you to handle:
- The

Lead: Running the floor as a Duty Manager.
You will predominantly own the Meeting and events but confidently float across all F&B areas to support the wider hotel.
You will lead high-energy pre-shift briefings and translate commercial strategy into action.

Control: Protecting the bottom line.
You will monitor wage costs using tools like Tn A, keep stock replenished to exact par levels, safely authorise voids and refunds, and know exactly which drinks drive the highest Gross Profit to support our EBITDA targets.

Buzz: Acting as our social media champion and driving our outreach plan.
You will create online noise to support our events and push the team to deliver the kind of service that secures a top 10 spot on Trip Advisor.
