Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie to bridge the Head Chef’s strategy with a busy service. You will own your section, support the brigade, and ensure every plate leaves the pass to exact standards for quality, temperature and presentation.
You will coach junior kitchen team members, monitor portion control, manage stock to par levels, and uphold HACCP and EHO directives while protecting gross profit.
