Village is looking for a friendly Reception Host to be the face of the hotel, guiding guests to self-check-in and offering a warm welcome and farewell. Previous hotel experience helps, but attitude and energy matter most, with full training provided to help you grow.
You will own the lobby, upsell Food & Beverage, manage cash with care, keep front-of-house areas pristine, and participate in briefings so you know who is in the building. Role is on-site in Wales.
