The Reality of the Role
This is about so much more than just pressing buttons on an espresso machine. It is about remembering that the regular from room 204 needs an extra shot to survive their Tuesday morning meeting. It is fast, you are constantly on your feet, and it requires a serious amount of personality. You will be making sure the coffee is flawless, the sandwiches are heated to perfection, and the whole place looks immaculate, even when it is absolutely jumping.

- The Coffee Obsession: You know your macchiatos from your mochas. Product knowledge is everything here, and you are ready to be the resident coffee expert, guiding guests to their new favourite drink.
