Village Hotels seeks a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie to act as the bridge between the Head Chef's strategy and a busy service. You will own your section, support the brigade, and ensure every plate leaving the pass meets exact standards of quality, temperature and presentation.
You will drive HACCP compliance, manage stock to par levels, and coach junior kitchen staff to deliver excellent guest experiences, while protecting gross profit and maintaining timely stock takes.
