Join us as a Weekend Leisure Assistant / Lifeguard (18+) at Village Hotels. This role focuses on maintaining a welcoming environment across our public areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and an exceptional member experience, while guarding safety in the pool area.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public areas, studios, gym, and poolside.
- Ensure the public environment matches the high standards expected by our members.
- Perform regular cleaning, hygiene checks and quick fixes to keep facilities immaculate.
- Take action promptly and perform rescues to ensure members’ safety in the pool.
- Assist with the preparation and upkeep of the pool area and equipment.
- Provide a friendly and courteous service to all guests.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
- A friendly smile and ability to communicate with all members.
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service to achieve exceptional member satisfaction.
- Solution‑oriented with an eye for spotting and preventing issues.
- Strong compliance with company and legal guidelines, ensuring safety for guests and colleagues.
- Minimum 18+ and subject to a successful DBS check.
