Village Hotel Clubs are well known for hosting the best parties in town; from birthday bashes to Christmas parties and weddings to sell out tribute nights. As Assistant M&E Manager, you will support the M&E Operations Manager in ensuring that the Sales Team's outstanding organising skills operationally go to plan and we deliver everything we promised. You must ensure that everything goes off without a hitch, checking that your team have completed their allocated tasks to enable our guests to have an outstanding time.

This is a fast-paced role where you will need to think on your feet and solve problems before they happen so we need a proactive and confident individual. We want professional, adaptable and energetic people to work in this varied department with leadership qualities that engage their team.
