Village Hotels Warrington is seeking a friendly Reception Host to be the first and last impression of our hotel. You will guide guests to our self-service check-in terminals and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth arrivals and departures with warmth and efficiency.
In this busy role you will handle guest queries, resolve issues promptly, and keep the lobby inviting and well-presented. Upselling food and beverage options will be part of delivering great guest experiences.
