As a Maintenance & Guest Service Coordinator, you will bring your passion for perfection to ensure our public areas look slick. You will keep studios spruced, maintain the gym floor in form, and perfect the poolside. You’ll be ready to respond to poolside alarms, perform rescues and keep the pool area safe.
Responsibilities
- Ensure public areas, studios, gym floor, and poolside are maintained to high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and guest experience.
- Respond to poolside alarms and perform rescues to ensure safety.
- Perform regular inspections and take corrective action.
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
- Ability to communicate with all guests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service for exceptional member satisfaction.
- Solutions‑oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen.
- Adhere to company and legal guidelines for safety.
- Successful DBS check required.
