Village Hotels - Solihull - Pub & Grill seeks a Pub & Grill Team Leader to be the operational right hand to the Manager.
You will predominantly lead the pub, with flexibility to support other Food & Beverage areas during busy periods.
You’ll run pre-shift briefings, drive social media, and keep the team focused on hospitality and commercial targets.
You will act as a key part of the Duty Management Team, ensuring smooth service, stock control, and staff development.
