Village Hotels is seeking a dynamic Leisure Sales Manager to drive the commercial engine of the Leisure Club.

You will lead and coach Membership Advisors, roll out quarterly plans, and work on floor to turn prospects into members while maintaining a high-performance culture.

You will balance hands-on selling with people leadership, manage the sales pipeline and promotions, and ensure excellent guest experiences as we hit stretching revenue targets.
