The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance As our Pub and Grill Team Leader, you are the operational right hand to the Manager. You will predominantly lead the charge in our pub, but you are flexible enough to dive into any Food and Beverage department when the hotel is under pressure. You will run the pre-shift briefings, champion our social media, and keep the team focused on both brilliant hospitality and the commercial targets. Why Village?
