Your focus is to drive, lead, and challenge our pub teams to achieve the highest levels of service and unforgettable guest experiences. Working inline with your Pub & Grill Manager, you will be obsessed with hospitality standards while keeping a sharp eye on the commercial performance of the department. You are a key part of the Duty Management Team, creating an intense energy around excellence across the floor.

As our Pub & Grill Assistant Manager, you are leading from the front. We trust you to handle:
- Inspirational Leadership: Role‑modelling high‑performance behaviours, running punchy pre‑shift briefings, and coaching your team to deliver smooth, confident, and tailored hospitality.
- Commercial Sharpness: Managing wage costs, tracking stock procedures on shift, and monitoring the P&L to ensure we hit our budgeted revenues and margins.
- Brand & Safety Standards: Demanding total compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety audits, keeping the bar immaculate, and ensuring brand specifications are spot on.
- Community Outreach: Acting as our social media champion and running localized plans to push us into the top 10 on TripAdvisor.
