Village Hotels in Edinburgh is seeking a Night Team Leader to act as the engine of the overnight shift. You will run the night audit, manage security checks, assist with late guest arrivals and early departures, and keep the team motivated until dawn.
You’ll lead by example, help with rotas to control wage costs, train new starters, and ensure a seamless handover to the next shift, delivering high standards even when it’s dark outside. Attitude matters as much as experience.
