As a Kitchen team leader for Village Hotels, we are looking for hands-on passionate individuals to provide vital support in delivering brand-lead mouth-watering dishes to all our customers in the various outlets within our F&B operation. If you’re eager to climb the kitchen ladder, we’ll support you in every aspect of your role, providing on-the-job training and also gaining NVQ qualifications.
In your role as a kitchen team leader, you will work alongside and deputise in the absence of the kitchen manager and assistant kitchen manager; you will also work alongside the other chefs during prep and service times and play a part in the smooth running of a close-knit team, helping deliver the kitchen department’s bigger goals within the hotel business.
