Our hotel Housekeeping teams play a critical role in making sure our guests are wowed when they walk into one of our fabulous bedrooms. For us, cleanliness is key and we look for housekeepers that leave no pillow unturned, no drawer unchecked and no bed creased. As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager in recruiting, leading, training and motivating a talented team who will deliver fabulous service, putting our customers at the heart of everything they do.
Responsibilities
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in recruiting, leading, training and motivating the Housekeeping team.
- Drive cleanliness standards across the hotel, ensuring all rooms are ready to the highest standard.
- Ensure H&S compliance is followed and uphold safety standards.
- Jump in and support your team at any time; this role requires a hands-on approach.
- Motivate and lead the team under pressure.
- Use a keen eye to spot differences and maintain a flawless guest experience.
- Deliver a fantastic first and last impression to the guest experience.
