We are looking for a number of Christmas Coordinators to join the team from now through to the end of December 2025 to help us promote and coordinate our parties, private events, Pub & Grill parties, family gatherings and children’s events for our Christmas Programme.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with the sales planning of who to target as attendees at each event.
  • Outreach activity to local businesses and organisations including business parks, retail parks, schools, colleges and sports clubs.
  • In reach promotional activity within the hotel to create interest and secure new bookings.
  • Proactive telephone calls to both past and potential new customers to secure bookings and answer any queries that they may have.
  • Upsell telephone calls to guests staying over the Christmas period.
  • Assisting with the co-ordination of events including chasing payments, menu & drinks choices and dealing with any special requests.
  • Learning to use the booking systems and updating this with the relevant information in an accurate and timely manner into Sales System.
  • Research and action exposure on local organisations intranets/social media and promotional forums.
  • Updating Sales System with daily figures inputting new ticket sales and reconciling payments.
  • Chasing final balance payments.
