Village Hotels - Ashton - Leisure is seeking a Leisure Team Leader to be the operational anchor on the gym and pool floor, coaching the Leisure Assistants and keeping the club immaculate. When managers are out of the building, you make decisions, resolve issues, and keep our members happy.
You will lead shifts, handle guest requests, coach rosters and inductions, and ensure strict health and safety standards are followed, helping the team grow into management roles.
