Village Hotels Ashton Leisure is hiring a Female Leisure Assistant (Lifeguard) to join our club team. You’ll own changing rooms, assist pool supervision, and keep the gym floor and public areas spotless while engaging with members with a welcoming attitude.
On the pool deck you’ll act as a trained Pool Emergency Responder during supervised hours, following RLSS guidelines. A proactive, energetic approach helps our members enjoy a safe, lively environment.
