Village Aberdeen is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie (CDP) to bridge the Head Chef's strategy with a busy service. You will own your section, run it hands-on, and support the brigade to ensure every plate leaving the pass meets our exact standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.
You will lead with a focus on food safety, brand delivery, stock control, and coaching junior cooks while protecting gross profit and keeping paperwork up to date for monthly stock takes.
