Village Hotel is seeking an experienced Store Manager to launch and run a brand-new Starbucks pop-up in Sheffield, from December 2026 onward. You will recruit and train the founding team, manage high-volume service, and drive the move to a flagship store while protecting the brand and ensuring safety standards.
You will own the P&L, budget and labour planning, delivering strong sales and customer experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting on-site at our hotel development.
