This role involves ensuring our public areas look slick, including studios, gym floors and the pool area, and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and a refined guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Bring your passion for perfection to keep public areas looking clean and tidy.
- Spruce up studios, keep gym floors on form and maintain overall cleanliness.
- Refine the guest experience by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Be ready to act and perform rescues to ensure the safety of pool‑area members.
- Spot and resolve issues before they become problems, supporting a solution‑oriented environment.
- Maintain compliance with company and legal guidelines to keep yourself, colleagues and customers safe.
Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
- Friendly smile and ability to communicate with all guests.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service that leads to exceptional member satisfaction.
- Solution‑oriented mindset with an eye for spotting issues early.
- Compliance with all company and legal safety guidelines.
- Successful DBS check required.
