Key Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, train and motivate the Pub & Grill team to deliver outstanding service.
- Support the Pub & Grill Manager in maintaining brand standards and achieving financial targets.
- Ensure a customer‑focused environment with a focus on detail and service excellence.
- Develop staff through coaching, motivation and career growth initiatives.
