Our Pub and Grills are at the heart of the action. They are buzzing with energy and serving up delicious food and drink, delivered by a team with bags of personality. This fun and demanding role allows you to own it, work it and love every minute. You will be recruiting, training and motivating your team to give outstanding service to every guest. In addition to ensuring your team and customers are loving it, you will also make sure that your department is hitting sales targets, operating within GP targets and ensuring that our standards are faultless.
