The Village hotel is seeking a friendly Reception Host to be the face of the property, guiding guests to self-check-in and providing a warm, human welcome and a vibrant farewell. Previous hotel experience helps, but energy and personality matter more, with training and opportunities to grow.
You will own the lobby, handle guest needs on the floor, resolve issues on the spot, upsell F&B and events, and maintain high front-of-house standards with secure cash handling.
