Village Hotel Sheffield is opening a brand new Pub & Grill and seeks an exceptional Assistant Manager to lead the operation from day one. You will bridge the strategy set by the Pub & Grill Manager with frontline execution, while also stepping up as Duty Manager for the wider hotel.
You will spearhead the pre-opening setup in January, recruit and train the team, and relentlessly drive guest satisfaction and commercial performance ahead of the opening.
