Village Hotel Sheffield is opening and seeks a Night Manager to lead the overnight operation as the property launches. You will own the night shift, drive commercial targets, and be the face of Village after hours, starting in January with interviews the week of 16 November.
You will set up pre-opening procedures, train a night team, manage audits, upsell Upper Deck rooms, and oversee wage costs while ensuring a warm, seamless guest experience for late arrivals and early check-outs.
