Village Hotel Sheffield is seeking a Leisure Club Manager for a new opening. You will lead the club operations, drive sales and membership retention, and deliver a high standard of hospitality. You will report to the General Manager and steer the strategy to achieve strong commercial results.
You will inspire and develop the Leisure Team Leaders, manage by example, and ensure the club delivers consistent, exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
