The Role Outline:

Your Shift at a Glance: As our Senior Membership Advisor, you are the commercial heartbeat of the Leisure Club. You will still be out on the floor chasing leads, conducting brilliant tours, and smashing your own sales targets, but you are also stepping up as a leader. When the Leisure Sales Manager is away, you take the reins entirely, managing the daily goals and keeping the wider sales team firing on all cylinders.

Your Shift: What You Will Actually Be Doing

We do not just need a great salesperson. We need a commercial leader who can balance their own numbers while elevating the team. We trust you to handle:

• The Leadership Step Up: Deputising with absolute confidence. You will take total control of the sales floor in the absence of the Leisure Sales Manager, ensuring the team does not miss a beat and the daily energy remains electric.
• The Performance Drive: Supporting the wider strategy. You will actively support the manager in setting and managing our daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, tracking the vital performance metrics to keep everyone accountable.
• The Sales Hustle: Leading by example. You will own your personal targets, hit your 15 proactive calls per shift, generate referrals, and respond to fresh enquiries in under an hour to push our conversion rates to the absolute limit.
• The Member Experience: Protecting the brand. You will conduct a daily walk round of the club to ensure standards are flawless, while giving tours that focus precisely on what the prospective member actually wants, rather than reading from a script.
