Village Hotel - Sheffield - Leisure is hiring a Senior Membership Advisor to act as the commercial heartbeat of the Leisure Club. You will still be out on the floor chasing leads, conducting tours, and smashing your own sales targets, while stepping up as a leader when the Leisure Sales Manager is away.
You will balance personal targets with team performance, deputise with confidence, drive daily and weekly goals, respond to enquiries quickly, and ensure a high-quality member experience.
