Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and food preparations.
  • Manage ordering, stock control and supplier relationships.
  • Plan and maintain staff rotas.
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Cost and maintain menus in line with target budgets.
  • Lead, train and support the kitchen team.
  • Maintain consistency, quality and efficiency across all service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
  • Experience with stock control, ordering and cost management.
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Food handling certification.
