About the Role

The Village Animal Hospital is seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead our nursing team. The role is based at our well‑equipped facility in Caterham and involves working across all three of our sites.

Working Hours & Schedule

This is a permanent position of 40 hours per week, with varied shift patterns that include approximately one weekend in six. Time off in lieu (TOIL) is granted for weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the nursing team and participate in the management and training of staff
  • Maintain exceptional animal care standards and deliver outstanding clinical support

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a hospital veterinary nurse
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional animal care

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to £37,000 DOE FTE
