Job Overview
We are seeking an efficient Barista to handle drink preparation and customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining high beverage standards and ensuring a clean, organized shop environment during busy shifts.
Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to set standards.
- Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and manage the till.
- Maintenance: Clean and calibrate espresso machines and grinders daily.
- Food Handling: Serve pastries and light food items following safety protocols.
- Shop Upkeep: Keep the counter, seating area, and condiment station stocked and tidy.
- Efficiency: Work effectively with the team to manage morning and weekend rushes.
