We are currently searching for a Team Leader & Brand Ambassador to join our team in Manchester.
Our successful candidate will have experience in looking after customers and representing the brand he/she/they work for, as well as being a skilled and responsible team Leader, looking after both the store and the team.
With a high level of enthusiasm, communication and attention to detail, and puts our customers' needs at the heart of every decision.
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for
- Leading by example through active selling and client engagement on the shop floor.
- Maximising conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and client retention.
- Analysing sales performance and implementing action plans when required.
- Supporting promotional events, product launches, and department store activations.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers.
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensuring all team members maintain the highest service standards.
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members when required.
- Conducting performance reviews and regular coaching sessions.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Investigating stock discrepancies and minimising losses.
We are looking for someone who has
- 3-5+ years in retail management.
- Experience managing a concession or department store corner highly desirable.
- Strong sales and commercial acumen.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
