What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize the entire supply chain – from inventory planning to dispatch
- Set up and improve processes around forecasting, stock rotation, availability, and cash flow
- Coordinate warehouse operations in collaboration with logistics, marketing, B2B, and product teams
- Oversee multi-warehouse management across CZ, EU, UK, USA, and Asia
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage their performance
- Lead a team and drive data‑driven decision‑making
- Bring new ideas to increase stock turnover and reduce inventory without losing availability
Who we’re looking for:
- Experienced professional from FMCG/retail/e‑commerce, ideally with a background in food
- Understands inventory management, forecasting, cash flow, and supply‑chain cost control
- Has experience in leading people and building scalable processes
- Fluent in English for daily communication (B2–C1)
- Analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset
- Thinks in connections: profitability – stock – availability – growth
